"Not only are we working hard to promote security and peace, [we're also working to] eradicate famine and disease." Let me go with sorrow (Incongruent.)

"There's no doubt in my mind, President Chirac would like to see a free and democratic and whole Iraqi emerge and [the same in Afghan]istan, they've been very helpful in Afghanistan." And they plan a mess (Look for further trouble in Afghanistan. Someone is planning a mess.)
